Description

Substance Use is an ongoing challenge for many that impacts everyone in the family. From children to adults, coping with the substance use of a family member can have lasting effects including emotional, psychological, financial, and medical health challenges to name a few. These challenges can lead to increased stress for family members which then leads to a reduced overall quality of life. Join us for this insightful webinar as we discuss common substance use scenarios that often are experienced in kinship families, how this substance use effects kinship children and their caregivers, as well as strategies that allow caregivers to improve care for yourself and your family, while offering support to your loved one.
