Becky Host is the Director of Willow Creek Counseling Center in Lexington, KY. Her work centers on helping children and families feel safe, seen, and empowered — especially those navigating trauma, attachment challenges, or life transitions. A mother of five through both birth and adoption, Becky brings deep empathy and lived experience to her work. She believes healing begins with connection, and that every child deserves a space where their story can unfold through play.
