Join us for an informational webinar where we will share general guidance on common tax topics relevant to kinship families and connect caregivers to trusted tax preparation resources.
This session is designed to provide helpful information and increase confidence – not individualized tax advice.

Rosha Williams is the Center Manager for the Community Action Council at Winburn, where she leads with a strong commitment to service and community empowerment. She has served as the VITA Administrator for the past two years and previously volunteered with the program for two years, helping families access valuable tax preparation services and financial resources.
Rosha has been with the Community Action Council since 2021 in her current tenure and previously held roles within the organization as a Family Development Specialist, Outreach Coordinator, and Benefits Manager. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the needs of underserved individuals and families, as well as the resources that can help them thrive.
She attended Midway University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and her Master of Business Administration. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on nonprofit experience, strengthens her leadership and strategic approach to community service.
With a passion for nonprofit work and community impact, Rosha is dedicated to strengthening support systems for those she serves. Beyond her professional work, she is an active member of her church’s Missionary Team and enjoys volunteering whenever possible, continually living out her commitment to service both inside and outside the workplace.
