Presenter Bio
Tiffany Siefken practices as a clinical social worker focusing on trauma and relational therapies for the LGBTQ+/BDSM/polyamorous populations, as well as emergency responders. Tiffany has been in clinical social work since 2020 and private practice since 2021, and has extensive experience working with people since 2009, when she began her career as a medical assistant, then a massage therapist. Tiffany takes a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on a whole-person, person-centered, strengths-based approach. She guides her practice with caritas, empathy, and compassion. Tiffany’s capstone project during her doctoral program at the University of Kentucky has included developing the depth, identity, meaning-making, archetypes, and parts (DIMAP) model. This model provides a potential method of treating trauma within the BDSM population and promotes the enrichment of the lifestyles of the practitioners. This model serves as a guidepost for therapists to engage ethically and responsibly with their BDSM practitioner-clients. Tiffany was selected to present this model at the CLAW Convention in Columbus, Ohio, in April of 2026. Beyond developing this model, Tiffany has created workshops for professionals in the sex industry and retreats for women and emergency responders.
