Field Instructor Training (3 FREE CEs)

This fully online, self-paced field instructor training is designed for social workers and related professionals supervising students in practicum.  The training contains modules focused on:

1. The structure and purpose of field education, including students’ academic requirements and the competency-based learning framework.

2. Supervision of adult student learners, including supervision models and effective supervisory strategies.

3. Evaluating student performance, including characteristics of a fair and relevant evaluation and student issues of concern.
