About the Trainer: David Gutierrez serves as the Branch Manager for the DCBS’ Clinical Services Branch with over 20 years’ experience in state level administration of child welfare or behavioral health. Miranda Stocker serves as the Program Administrator for DCBS’ Protection and Permanency, and Alice Scheffler is a Nurse Service Administrator for DCBS; Miranda and Alice also bring decades of expertise to the presentation.
