Objectives:

Program objectives were explained at the beginning of the training.

Participants will identify simple universal design strategies to make physical activity more accessible for all family members.

Participants will practice ways to adapt activities so everyone can safely participate at their own level.

Participants will apply strategies to create fun, inclusive opportunities for families to be active together at home or in the community.
