Supporting emotional well-being in kinship families starts with understanding both the caregiver’s experience and the child’s needs. In this 30-minute webinar, we’ll explore practical, everyday ways to recognize stress, respond to emotional needs, and build stronger, more supportive connections within kinship families. This session is designed to be approachable, relevant, and grounded in real-life experiences, offering simple strategies you can begin using right away. A brief Q&A will follow to allow time for shared questions and reflection.

Cayce Stapleton, BA serves as the Program Director for adolescent teen boys at Ramey-Estep Homes, where she has dedicated the past 10 years to supporting youth and families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and previously spent eight years working in foster care — an area that remains especially close to her heart.

Cayce is passionate about helping families grow stronger through guidance, education, and support. She finds fulfillment in teaching and mentoring both youth and caregivers and is committed to creating meaningful connections that empower families and encourage positive growth.
