Description
Stepping into kinship care often happens quickly, and with it comes a mix of love, responsibility, and a lot of questions. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Join the KY-KINS Family Peer Support Specialist team for a supportive panel discussion focused on the most common needs kinship caregivers face and the resources available to help. Our staff will share practical information, real-world insights, and helpful guidance to make navigating support systems feel more manageable.
Whether you’re new to kinship care or still finding your footing, this conversation is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and more confident as you move forward in your kinship journey.
Please note: Although this LIVE webinar is designed to be an informative, educational, and helpful resource for kinship families caring for relative or fictive kin children, anyone is welcome to attend including foster parents, professionals, students, or community members.
It is our hope that by participating in this LIVE webinar, attendees will receive educational and helpful information. However, it is important to note that this webinar is not approved for foster parent training credit or CEU’s as attendance is not monitored during the webinar event.
