The University of Kentucky Office of ProfessionalDevelopment and Continuing Education (UK OPDCE) has the utmost respect for ourcustomers' privacy. In no way will the UK OPDCE violate this philosophy. The UKOPDCE will not release any information gathered about its customers.Information gathered from customers will be compiled anonymously and usedsolely for the purpose of purchasing live/online training. This personalinformation includes the name, address, email address of customers in order toprocess payments. Any privacy concerns should be directed to Christina.Gevedon@uky.edu; the UKOPDCE takes all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriatelyand quickly. UK OPDCE customers are the number one priority and will continueto be first priority in the future.

Credit Card Transactions:


Credit card data that is provided by each customer whencourses are purchase, then encrypted through the Payment Card Industry DataSecurity Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only aslong as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that iscomplete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct paymentgateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI SecurityStandards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard,American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the securehandling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Refund Policy:

We are unable to issue refunds for missed classes. If youmust miss the course, please contact Christina Gevedon at Christina.Gevedon@uky.edu beforethe class is set to begin. You will be issued a course credit which must beused within 1 year of the purchase date. Any credits not used within 1 year ofthe purchase date will be forfeited.
